Douglas qualified as a solicitor and Notary Public in 1980. After working in the West Country for a number of years moved to Bennett Welch in 1991, becoming a partner in 1994. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since its inception in 1993.
Douglas specialises in Wills, Trusts and Probates as well as advising elderly clients, including the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Public Guardianship matters.
