Shaun qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Bennett Welch at that time. Since 2003 Shaun has specialised in residential and commercial property matters. During Shaun's time here he has dealt with many complicated and high value residential and commercial property transactions.
Shaun is also a specialist in the very complicated area of property law known as adverse possession ("squatters' rights"). He has dealt with many successful claims for adverse possession. Shaun can also act for homeowners in dealing with adverse possession claims from occupiers and has done so successfully in the past.
Shaun also has a specialism in Islamic mortgages and can act on residential and commercial purchases and re-mortgages funded by way of Islamic finance.
