After training, qualifying and practising at several Legal 500 firms, Daniel joined Bennett Welch's Litigation and Employment team in 2006.
Daniel deals with a variety of commercial, civil, employment and probate inheritance disputes and regularly appears in the County and High Courts, Court of Appeal and Employment Tribunal.
As well as having extensive experience of pursuing claims to trial, Daniel also has considerable experience of alternative dispute resolution, including Mediation.
