Bennett Welch has a growing reputation as one of the few specialists in this complex area of law and now acts not only for our own clients, but also those of other solicitors and surveyors.

We are looking for a solicitor to assist a partner with a current heavy, and growing, workload and with the development of this area of our service.

Experience in leasehold reform work is not necessary - training will be given. The candidate should have experience in quality residential leasehold conveyancing and preferably some knowledge of freehold trusts and residents companies.

The candidate should also be computer literate, accurate and organised.
