We do not collect information about your computer when you access our website or contact us by email, such as the domain from which you access the internet or the date and time that you access our website.

in order to search the electoral roll and the files of credit reference agencies in order to make credit decisions about you. The agencies will record any credit searches on your credit file;

to ensure that we comply with our legal obligation to check your identity and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party, except as necessary to carry out the work that you instruct us to do, as required by law and where third party suppliers are updating or carrying out maintenance on our ICT systems.

Your Rights

You have the right at any time to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can do so by contacting us through our main address.

You also have the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.
